Earlier this month we launched FlexTicket, a one-of-a-kind initiative that protects fans in the uncertain times we find ourselves in, giving them flexible cancellation on both ticket and package orders through Festicket.
Customers continue to report their concerns over safety, health and travel. The FlexTicket initiative removes these factors as barriers, giving them the peace of mind to book the experiences they love, ensuring they have something in the future to look forward to during this difficult period.
The response from festival-goers and the industry over the past two weeks has been amazing and we’re proud to say that since launch over 87% of all sales are now coming from FlexTicket partnered events, with more and more festivals joining the initiative every day. Last week, over 600+ tickets were sold on Festicket via the FlexTicket initiative.
